I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of your experience, and begin to relate to yourself with greater care.
About me
I offer a gentle space where you can begin to explore what you’re carrying, at a pace that feels right for you.
I understand that starting therapy can feel significant, and sometimes uncertain. My hope is to meet you with warmth, care, and respect, so that over time you may feel safe enough to bring more of yourself into the room.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different ways of understanding people and their experiences. I am particularly interested in how our early relationships shape the way we relate to ourselves and others, and I gently hold this in mind as we work together.
I aim to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome — even those that may feel difficult, confusing, or hard to put into words.
My work is guided by the values of BACP, with a commitment to working in a way that is respectful, inclusive, and grounded in care.
How I can help
I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves. You might notice patterns in your relationships that feel difficult to change, or a sense that something in your life doesn’t feel settled, even if it’s hard to put into words.
